Whenever you see an unwanted, extra bag of fat in your body - the first thing that might strike your mind is DIET. You would want to control yourself from eating a lot of calories and even in the amount of food you have (which is tough and mostly wrong!).

Firstly, you need to follow a prescribed diet plan, if not, side effects, and reaction or opposite actions may occur.
